Job Description
Job Description The Organic Search Specialist supports the day-to-day execution and maintenance of the organic search program, helping ensure a strong SEO foundation while contributing to emerging AI search and content visibility initiatives. This role partners closely with the SEO lead, Marketing Operations, eCommerce, Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to execute optimization recommendations, monitor performance, maintain reporting, and coordinate project implementation. The position is ideal for someone with foundational SEO experience who is eager to grow their knowledge of search, AI search visibility, and digital content optimization. Primary Responsibilities SEO Operations & Maintenance (40-50%)

- Perform routine SEO audits and issue identification.
- Monitor crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, and indexation health.
- Partner with internal teams to track implementation of technical SEO recommendations.
- Assist with Core Web Vitals and website health monitoring.
- Execute on-page SEO recommendations.
- Create and update meta titles and meta descriptions.
- Support category naming and taxonomy initiatives. Content Optimization (20-25%)
- Optimize existing content for search visibility.
- Support SEO impact reports for website hierarchy changes.
- Conduct keyword and topic research.
- Support content briefs and content gap analysis.
- Assist with content authority initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to SEO and content best practices. AI Search & AEO Support (10-15%)
- Support AI visibility benchmarking efforts.
- Assist in competitive analysis of AI search platforms.
- Help document emerging AEO/GEO best practices.
- Support structured content and schema initiatives that improve discoverability in AIpowered search experiences. Reporting & Analytics (15-20%)
- Maintain recurring SEO reports and dashboards.
- Assist with Adobe Analytics and search reporting.
- Support measurement of SEO and AEO initiatives.
- Compile data for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Track project milestones and implementation progress. Project Coordination (10%)
- Document requests and project status.
- Coordinate follow-ups with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Update SEO project trackers and roadmaps.
- Support intake and prioritization of organic search requests.
