Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is in search of a PPC Specialist to drive paid media performance for a fast‑paced digital agency. This individual will own end‑to‑end management of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including strategy development, execution, daily optimization, and performance reporting. Their day will include monitoring KPIs, adjusting bids and budgets, refining audiences and keywords, and coordinating with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with client goals. They will run A/B tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams using Monday.com for workflow organization and Slack for daily communication, while staying informed on platform updates, PPC best practices, and competitive trends to ensure continuous campaign improvement. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of hands‑on PPC or digital advertising experience
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, conversion tracking, and attribution
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with e‑commerce, lead generation, or B2B campaigns
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Exposure to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Agency or white‑label PPC experience
