Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications: + Experience architecting and packaging Enterprise ad tech solutions, with technical expertise and ability to sell the solutions internally and externally. + Experience working with clients, advising on marketing/business performance and influencing decisions. + Experience with retail media/shopper marketing programs from a Retail or Brand side. + Ability to build relationships with key client stakeholders to gain buy-in, and successfully pitch and sell in/gain adoption of Google product solutions. + Ability to provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to clients and cross- functional stakeholders, including both external C-level and internal Google executives. + Project management skills to drive product adoption.
