Every day we go beyond what's expected and reach for an unmatched customer experience. We are seeking an experienced SEO & Content Operations Specialist with a desire to grow with the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of core marketing functions across all organic mediums, as well as how digital media enhances, impacts, and completes organic content. This is an active, relationship-driven position. You will need to work directly with multiple partners, freelancers, and content creators across various access points to ensure high-quality content is consistently created for our campaigns and projects.
Position Summary:
The Organic Growth Program Manager serves as the critical bridge between initial customer interest and final revenue, deeply understanding core marketing functions across all organic mediums. In this role, you will help organize, strategize, and manage brand voice, reach, and returns to showcase how organic content truly scales a business. This is a highly collaborative position that ensures digital media seamlessly enhances, impacts, and completes our organic content strategy.Responsibilities:
SEO Execution & Optimization:
Assist with and maintain the organic search strategy, ensuring content maps to search intent across the user journey. Utilize SEO tools to regularly review performance, optimize site structure, and share progress with the team.Cross-Channel Organic Operations:
Manage day-to-day content rollout across organic channels (social, web, video, and emerging media). Ensure brand voice consistency and maintain quality control over all outsourced or agency-produced assets.Modern Web Collaboration:
Maintain an operational understanding of our web setup (including content management and data feeds) to effectively collaborate with technical teams, agency partners, and developers during updates.Funnel & Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on how organic channels impact down-funnel conversions and revenue, helping the team measure upper-funnel content success alongside paid and direct channels.Location & Footprint Management:
Assist in updating and maintaining regional landing pages, routes, stops, stations, and Google Business Profiles to maximize local search visibility.Partner & Vendor Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, freelancers, and content partners, ensuring deliverables are submitted on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines.Workflow & Process Tracking:
Assist in establishing and documenting initial team KPIs, workflow processes, and reporting templates to bring structure and consistency to organic growth tracking.Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and managing engaging social media accounts.Partner & Content Operations:
Demonstrated ability to direct, manage, and coordinate agency partners, freelancers, and external content creators to deliver high-quality campaign assets on schedule.Analytical & Testing Skills:
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge of A/B testing, statistical concepts, and data interpretation to evaluate content performance and uncover organic traffic drivers.Tools & Platform Knowledge:
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Looker Studio, and modern AI/SEO productivity tools.Marketing Fundamentals:
Strong foundation in core promotional and digital marketing principles, paired with the agility to quickly absorb on-the-job training regarding specialized travel SEO and industry frameworks.Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and partners.Travel Requirement:
Requires occasional domestic travel.Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- At least three years of proven experience as an SEO and organic content manager.
