Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Website Optimization Manager who understands that search is no longer just about Google rankings - it's about visibility everywhere patients search, including traditional search, as well as AI powered search, like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews, and voice assistants. This role combines agency leadership ability with technical optimization skills, content strategy, analytics, AI Optimization (AIO), and client consulting. You'll lead our optimization team and work with leadership in defining optimization strategies for the full portfolio of aesthetic practices while collaborating closely with our Content, Design, Development, and Paid Advertising teams. Develop SEO-optimized content strategies alongside our content team. Lead, train and manage a team of optimization and web architects. Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and AI visibility. Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms. Produce monthly reports and communicate results clearly to clients. Work with leadership to report on client improvements and issues. Meet with clients via phone calls or video calls, or as needed. Requirements:
