About CGN Contractor Growth Network is a digital marketing agency for high-end residential remodeling and design-build contractors. We run SEO, content, and digital strategy for contractors who want a predictable pipeline of qualified leads. We're a 15-person team, and the work gets measured. The role We're hiring a Leads & SEO Analyst to sit at the intersection of SEO execution and lead performance analysis. You'll handle the day-to-day SEO work that keeps our clients' sites performing — and you'll dig into the data to understand why leads are or aren't coming in, flagging what needs attention before it becomes a problem. This is a fully internal role. You'll work closely with our SEO Strategist, Client Success Managers, and the broader Client Delivery team. No client calls — just focused execution and sharp analysis. What you'll do SEO Execution Conduct on-page audits and optimize client sites across technical and content elements Track and analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion data to guide strategy and measure results Troubleshoot site speed, crawlability, indexation, and overall site health for remodeling websites Support local SEO efforts including citation building, local listing accuracy, and consistency checks using BrightLocal — contractor clients are inherently local businesses and local search is critical to their pipeline Analyze keyword performance and recommend content updates or new topics to improve search visibility Keep all client accounts accurately maintained and SEO deliverables properly archived — completeness and accuracy are non-negotiable in this role Lead Performance Analysis Monitor and analyze client lead data inside CGN's proprietary client portal on an ongoing basis Review ad performance across Google Ads and Meta — tracking delivery, spend pacing, and conversion trends Identify trends and flag anomalies early — before they become client problems Surface optimization opportunities to the SEO team and CSMs with clear, actionable recommendations Build reports and dashboards that surface lead volume, quality, and trend data by client Write clear narrative summaries that translate performance data into plain language the team can act on — your reports need to make sense to someone who doesn't speak SEO or ad data Support CSMs with the performance context they need for internal reviews What we're looking for 2-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing analytics, or paid media — ideally with exposure to both execution and reporting. You work well independently, manage multiple clients without dropping details, and know how to turn data into a clear story.
Strong candidates will bring:
Hands-on SEO fundamentals — you can diagnose crawl issues, optimize on-page elements, and track keyword performance without a checklist Local SEO fluency — you understand how local search works and why it matters for service-area businesses Fluency with the tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, BrightLocal, and Screaming Frog Paid media literacy — you understand how Google Ads and Meta campaigns are structured and how to read delivery and performance data Report-building experience — GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar CRM experience — Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Strong analytical instincts — you spot trends and anomalies before they surface as problems Clear written communication — your summaries are concise, specific, and easy to act on Excel and Google Sheets comfort — pivot tables, performance tracking, data organization A detail orientation that doesn't quit — accuracy across client accounts and deliverable archives is non-negotiable Experience in home services, remodeling, or contractor marketing is a plus.
