26-09398 Job summary The Retail Media Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing paid search and media campaigns across key retail and delivery platforms. This role operates day-to-day within Pacvue, owning campaign execution and performance reporting while collaborating closely with internal eCommerce and marketing teams. Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize sponsored search, display, and media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash, and other retail media networks

Manage campaign activity end-to-end within Pacvue, including bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategy, and targeting adjustments

Monitor daily performance metrics (ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, share of voice) and proactively flag anomalies or opportunities

Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting cadences for internal stakeholders

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search term mining to continuously expand and refine targeting

Make data-driven recommendations on budget allocation across platforms and campaign types

Coordinate with internal brand and creative teams to align ad content with campaign objectives

Maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and documentation standards Qualifications 2-4+ years of hands-on retail media or paid search experience with direct campaign management responsibility

Proficiency in Pacvue (required; candidates without Pacvue experience will not be considered)

Active campaign experience on two or more of the following: Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash Ads, Instacart Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, or similar retail media networks

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight; strong communication on status and blockers Preferred Qualifications Experience with beverage or FMCG brands

Familiarity with third-party analytics or BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Helium 10, etc.)

Amazon Ads or other retail media platform certifications
