Description Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize sponsored search, display, and media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash, and other retail media networks.
• Manage campaign activity end-to-end within Pacvue, including bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategy, and targeting adjustments.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, including ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, and share of voice.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-term mining.
• Make data-driven recommendations for budget allocation across platforms and campaign types.
• Partner with brand and creative teams to align ad content with campaign objectives.
• Maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications
• 2-4+ years of hands-on retail media or paid search experience with direct campaign management responsibility.
• Pacvue experience is required. Candidates without Pacvue experience will not be considered.
• Active campaign experience on at least two of the following: Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash Ads, Instacart Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, or similar retail media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate status/blockers effectively. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CPG, beverage, or FMCG brands.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Helium 10, or similar analytics/BI tools.
• Amazon Ads or other retail media certifications.
• Experience with DSP/programmatic retail media buys.

Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
