SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager (Req #67550)

at Staples, Inc. in Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States Job Description Plan, develop, and implement SEO strategy. Perform site audits, monitor weekly crawl data to identify and troubleshoot any issues, and help identify optimization opportunities. Monitor, report on, and analyze traffic, rankings, redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other SEO performance KPIs. Coordinate with creative agency, merchants, and marketing team to optimize content and identify content gaps. Develop and optimize existing and new content and the customer journey to grow organize search traffic, conversion rates, and profitability. Regularly conduct competitor website analysis to improve SEO. Work cross-functionally to create and communicate SEO requirements and policies. Act as subject matter expert; stay up to date with latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices. Position is fixed location based in Lincolnshire, IL office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $82,000.00 to $92,000.00/year.
