Job Description
BicBugs is looking for someone interested in nature and science, with a knack for working on the computer. Experience is not required, as on-the-job training is provided. Interest in IT, social media, content creation, and data entry/management is valued. BicBugs specializes in insect and bug preservation and display, along with other entomology and natural history products. Check out our website's About Us section and FAQs for more information about our company. Full-time position available immediately. Very flexible schedule and hours. The job entails a variety of tasks including packing orders, specimen preservation and display, assisting with customer service, assisting with social media, and data entry. This job is in-person located in Green Valley, AZ. Throughout the year we vend at several in-person shows/fairs (local and out-of-state) and host insect classes in Tucson. There are also opportunities available for entomological field work. This could include butterfly, moth and arachnid breeding, collecting, travel, camping and community outreach events.
