Job Description
Stanford Inn & Suites Anaheim is looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven individual to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both data analysis and marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about increasing hotel revenue, developing innovative promotions, and creating engaging social media content that drives direct bookings. Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Management
- Review daily pickup, pace, occupancy, ADR, and market trends.
- Analyze demand and recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
- Meet regularly with OTA partners (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) to discuss performance and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing and identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotions for need periods and maximize occupancy. Social Media & Marketing
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Capture and edit photos and videos highlighting the hotel and guest experience.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and direct bookings.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate.
- Stay current with social media trends and recommend new marketing ideas. Qualifications
- Strong revenue management and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh promotional ideas.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the management team.
- Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
