This role plays a key part in campaign strategy and execution, helping drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth, while also supporting community and local marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the person will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for U.S. store openings, promotional campaigns, and in-store communications. This role is responsible for helping deliver integrated marketing campaigns across both organic and paid channels, with a focus on strengthening brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the U.S. market.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You Will Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Produce and edit engaging short- and long-form video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other professional editing software. Understand content best practices across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube, with long-form YouTube content experience considered an asset. Work closely with internal teams and cross-functional departments to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, from planning and content development to optimization and post-campaign reporting. Manage influencer and agency partnerships by developing clear creative briefs, coordinating campaign deliverables, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, creator content, and competitor activities. Monitor social conversations to identify emerging opportunities and translate insights into relevant, engaging social-first campaigns. Develop paid media strategies across platforms including Meta and Google, working closely with external agencies to optimize campaign performance. Analyze campaign reports, provide strategic direction, and evaluate results against business objectives and KPIs. Support the planning and execution of marketing events and brand activations as needed, including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders. You Should Have / Be 2 - 4 years' experience in Marketing. Post graduate certificate or university degree in Media, Communications, or Public Relations is an asset. Solid understanding of paid social advertising, particularly Meta Ads, with the ability to interpret campaign performance, evaluate agency recommendations, and translate business objectives into paid media strategies. Experience managing regional or national marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of campaign budgeting, channel planning, and performance measurement. Strong writing skills, with an ability to write for different audiences, including external and internal. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is considered an asset. A vehicle and a valid driver's license are needed. Active food blogger or content creator is highly preferred Existing relationships with media, creators, influencers, or digital communities are considered an asset.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A
bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited university/college. 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience across multiple channels, including social media, digital marketing, and performance-based campaigns. Strong content creation capabilities, including creative copywriting and short- and long-form video production/editing for social platforms. Experience leveraging AI tools and basic marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and content output. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to develop compelling marketing content and engage directly with customers. Fluency in Chinese, Filipino/Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Korean is highly preferred to support multicultural marketing initiatives. Established relationships with influencers and social media within the food retail, lifestyle, or business sectors are a strong asset. Self-driven and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrates excellent time management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous related work experience in a supermarket or grocery store preferred. Bilingual in English & Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position primarily requires the ability to remain in a stationary position at a desk or workstation for extended periods while using a computer and telephone. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during store visits, events, and activations. Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for event materials, marketing displays, or promotional items. Ability to operate standard office equipment and basic photo/video production equipment. Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment, including printers, copiers, and telephones, requiring repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements and fine motor control.
Pay:
$70,304.00 - $85,000.00 per year
