We're growing fast, with six locations and more on the way, and we're looking for a creative, outgoing storyteller to become the face of our brand online. About the Role This isn't a behind-the-desk social media job. You'll be in front of the camera as much as behind it: interviewing customers, hosting videos, capturing the energy at our events, and turning it all into content that grows our community. You'll own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, keeping every account active, current, and on-brand. If you light up a room, love talking to people, and know your way around a camera, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Be the on-camera personality for Summerfield, hosting videos, conducting customer interviews, and creating content that feels fun and authentic. Plan, film, and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with YouTube and other platforms as opportunities grow. Manage and maintain all brand accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), making sure profiles, bios, links, highlights, and store info are up to date and accounted for. Drive follower growth and engagement through consistent posting, trends, community interaction, and creative ideas. Attend off-site events and pop-ups to capture behind-the-scenes footage, talk with guests, and create content on the spot. Engage with customers in person and online, representing our brand with warmth and hospitality. Photograph drinks, stores, events, and people for social and marketing use. Track what's working and share ideas to keep improving our content and reach. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience filming and editing video in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience creating and posting content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Background in photography and/or videography is a plus. A working knowledge of camera basics, including shutter speed, aperture, ISO, framing, and lighting. You don't need to be an expert; we'll help you grow the rest. A big, outgoing personality and total comfort being on camera.

Availability to work off-site events, including some evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation to travel between our SoCal locations and event sites. Big Pluses Your own camera gear (camera, lenses, mics, lighting, gimbal). This is a major plus, not required. Experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, or other platforms. A portfolio or personal social account that shows your on-camera presence and editing style. Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle content. A love of boba and tea culture. Work Setup & Flexibility This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Brea, CA. You'll split your time between the office, our store locations, off-site events, and working remotely when it makes sense. We believe great content comes from people who feel balanced and energized, so we offer a very flexible schedule and real support for work-life balance. Event days may include some evenings and weekends, and we'll work with you to keep your overall schedule manageable.

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
