Our diverse product line features Chinese, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Taiwanese flavors, crafted to satisfy the nostalgic taste of home for Asian communities nationwide. All products are proudly made in our 3 Los Angeles facilities under USDA and FDA inspection, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing/Social Media Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will bolster our reputation and growth. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor marketing programs and campaigns for various meat products (e.g., beef, pork, poultry) to increase brand performance. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences to inform business decisions. Coordinate the promotion of products, including digital, print, and in-store marketing materials. Coordinate product distribution, work with sales teams, and create incentive programs for suppliers or retailers. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns Manage local social media and digital marketing campaigns, focusing on engaging Millennial and Gen Z customers. Develop and maintain relationships with local media and influencers to promote store events and initiatives Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.) Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned Qualifications BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field; with at least 2 years of experience in marketing Solid social media marketing experience Familiarity with AI Bilingual in English and Mandarin, proficiency in Cantonese and/or Vietnamese is a plus. Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods Well-organized and detail oriented Exceptional communication and writing skills Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind Please include a portfolio showcasing previous campaigns, projects, and content strategies, so we can better understand your marketing and social media vision.
