This is one role with two jobs: serve the room, and own the bar's football-season social media. You are on the floor serving and taking care of guests on NFL Sundays and Thursday nights. You are also the person in charge of all Campus social content during football — filming, appearing on camera, talking about the games, acting/modeling for TikToks, live-streaming, editing, and posting. This is not "take a few phone videos if you have time." You are the content person for football season. Every Thursday & Sunday. If you only want to serve, do not apply. If you only want to film other people and never be on camera yourself, do not apply. What you will do Serving Serve shots, beer, hard cider, wine, cocktails, and food Keep service fast during football Sundays and Thursday nights Help sell shots and specialty drinks when the room is packed Learn our craft beer list and run the POS correctly Work as part of the floor team Social media (you own this during football season) Create and post all football-season content for Campus. Livestream Every shift, film and post a video of yourself talking about the sports of the day Appear on camera as talent — talking, acting, and modeling for TikToks and Reels Film the room, the screens, the crowd, the drinks, and the vibe Edit and post using CapCut and Canva Go live when asked Share Campus content on your own social accounts Help grow our following and bring more people through the door Social media skills are required You must already be comfortable with: TikTok Instagram (Reels and edits) CapCut Being on camera yourself (talking-head videos, acting, modeling) Content is a core part of every shift, not extra work after you clock out. Interview process Part of the interview is creating a TikTok. Applicants who move forward will film and edit a short on-camera video in CapCut (Canva if needed). We are looking at personality on camera, comfort talking about sports, and how fast you can turn a clip around. Required schedule (no exceptions) You must work both of the following every week for the full football season:
