This is one cohesive role with two major responsibilities: serving the room and owning our social media presence. You will be on the floor serving, selling shots, and taking care of guests on busy Friday and Saturday nights. You are also the person fully in charge of all Campus social content—filming, appearing on camera, talking about sports, acting or modeling for TikToks, live-streaming, editing, and posting during every single shift. This is not a position where you just take a few phone videos if you happen to find the time. You are the content person for our nightlife footprint. If you only want to serve, please do not apply. If you only want to film behind the scenes and never want to be featured on camera yourself, this is not the role for which you should apply. What You Will Do Serving & Floor Support Serve shots, beer, cocktails, and food. Help drive shot sales and specialty drink promotions when the room is packed. Learn our craft beer selection and operate the POS system efficiently. Work collaboratively as an active part of the floor team. Social Media & Live Streaming Film and post content talking about the sports games and match-ups of the day. Appear as the main on-camera talent—talking, acting, and modeling for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Go live on social platforms during peak hours to showcase the room, crowd, and energy. Film the crowd, the screens, the drinks, and the overall vibe of the bar. Edit and finalize clips using CapCut and Canva before the end of your shift. Help grow our digital following to bring more foot traffic through the door. Required Skills & On-Camera Comfort You must already be highly proficient and comfortable with: TikTok and Instagram (creating, editing, and publishing Reels/videos). CapCut and Canva. Being the center of attention on camera (talking-head videos, skits, and promotional modeling).

Content creation is a core part of your mandatory shift duties, not extra work to do after you clock out. Required Schedule (No Exceptions) You must be able to work both of the following shifts every single week:

Friday:

9:00 PM - 2:00

AM Saturday:

9:00 PM - 2:00 AM Because we operate with a small, tightly knit crew, we are unable to accommodate time-off requests for upcoming concerts, weddings, parties, or trips. Please do not apply if you have existing schedule conflicts on these nights. Total reliability and dependability are strict conditions of employment. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable navigating a high-volume sports bar floor. Extremely comfortable speaking, acting, and modeling on camera. Proven ability to create, edit, and finish digital content efficiently during a fast-paced shift. Reliable transportation and a strict commitment to arriving on time. Physical ability to walk, stand, and move quickly for the entire duration of the shift. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Willingness to learn our craft beer menu. Prior bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but dynamic on-camera personality and the ability to consistently deliver completed content matter most. Pay & Perks $17.00/hour plus a shared tip pool.
