Job Description
Social Media Associate Valley Fitness Fresno Fresno, CA Job Details $25 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Data-driven problem-solving Managing projects Full Job Description We're hiring an innovative social media coordinator to help us build brand awareness and elevate our online presence. As a member of the digital marketing team, you'll assist the social media manager in developing a multi-channel social media strategy, create dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identify key digital media opportunities, engage with influencers, and report analytics on web traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate harnesses their creativity to heighten visibility, makes data-driven decisions to optimize our social media channels, and believes in collaboration to achieve the best results. If you're ready to dive in, apply today! We're an independently owned fitness company with 10 locations, and we have members across the Central Coast, Central Valley, and Northern California — and we're about to take our social media local in a way no chain competitor can match. We have the playbook. We need the person who can move our vision forward. You won't be inheriting a dead account and a "post 3x a week" mandate. You'll be launching per-club Instagram and Facebook accounts across our markets, training a social lead inside every club, and building a member-powered content engine — real trainers, real members, real towns. You'll report directly to ownership, and your wins will be visible in follower counts, tagged posts, and members who tell us they joined because of something you made.
