We are seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and create engaging content for various digital platforms, including WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu (RED NOTW), promotional materials, and other marketing content. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in content creation for self-media platforms, strong writing skills, and experience in publishing and marketing.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, write, edit, and publish high-quality content for WeChat Official Account, The Red Note, Instagram, Facebook, and other promotional and marketing materials. Develop engaging, creative, and platform-appropriate copy to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall social media presence. Manage day-to-day social media content, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and maintaining consistency across platforms. Host and support live-streaming sessions, including content preparation, on-camera presentation, audience engagement, and coordination with internal teams. Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities, including event planning, logistics, content support, and on-site execution. Edit short-form videos and other digital content for use across social media platforms, campaigns, and promotional materials. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity, messaging, marketing strategy, and communication standards. Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and other internal teams to develop and optimize content for different platforms and target audiences. Monitor and analyze content and social media performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement. Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, social media, live streaming, video content, and self-media platforms to continuously improve content strategy and audience engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, self-media writing, Video Editing and related fields. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content. Experience in content publishing and marketing, with knowledge of audience engagement strategies. Proficiency in using Instagram, Facebook, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu,Tik Tok, DouYin and other relevant platforms. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in SEO, digital marketing, or social media advertising is a plus. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong communication skills to effectively support team operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in journalism, marketing, communications, or related fields. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) or video editing is a plus. Experience in PR, branding, or corporate communications is a bonus.
