Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Trust and Safety, ads integrity, risk governance, policy operations, anti fraud, or related fields Strong policy writing and structuring skills, able to turn complex cases into clear standards and operational guidance Proven cross functional collaboration skills, able to align stakeholders and drive closure in ambiguous situations Strong problem solving and risk judgment, able to identify patterns and propose practical governance solutions High proficiency in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing. Both English and Mandarin skill sets are required to support clients in China and to communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ads ecosystem governance, account integrity, enforcement policy, or appeals operations Data literacy with SQL or dashboards to validate trends and evaluate policy impact Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to translate policy into enforceable workflows or system logic Familiarity with evidence standards, investigation workflows, and enforcement consistency mechanisms Job Information [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $220400 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
