Strategy Ops & Cross-functional Closure Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Algorithms to convert operational risk signals into executable solutions (strategy rules, model requirements, enforcement workflows, platform capabilities), and drive launch + iteration. Make strong trade-offs in complex scenarios: strike fraud hard while protecting legitimate advertisers, reducing false positives and ineffective appeals. Evidence-based Governance & Automation Promote evidence-based governance: define evidence chain standards and traceable review/enforcement mechanisms to improve interpretability and auditability. Leverage traditional predictive models plus LLMs/Agents to explore automated evidence collection, automated investigation, and automated enforcement, upgrading from labor-intensive ops to tech-driven governance. Mechanisms & Incident Response Build incident response mechanisms for high-risk events: quickly identify issues, mobilize cross-functional mitigation, run postmortems, and turn lessons into long-term system improvements-raising overall stability and response efficiency.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in risk control / anti-fraud / Trust & Safety / ads integrity / risk strategy, with proven ownership of metric outcomes.Strong data analytics skills:
SQL required; able to independently build metric frameworks, perform attribution analysis, build dashboards, and evaluate impact (A/B tests, holdout, pre/post comparisons).Solid strategy ops methodology:
risk discovery → rules/model/process design → launch iteration → monitoring & retros → platformized capability building.Strong cross-functional communication and execution:
able to explain complex problems clearly, align key stakeholders, and drive delivery to launch.Fast learner with strong adaptability:
quickly understands new business models, evolving attack patterns, and new tech, and turns them into actionable plans. High proficiency in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing. Both English and Mandarin skill sets are required to support clients in China and to communicate with stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in ads ecosystem risk, payments risk, credit/bad debt, or account security (ATO). Familiar with common risk modeling approaches (LR/GBDT), feature engineering, threshold strategy, recall/precision trade-offs; practical understanding of LLM/Agent applicability and limits in governance. Experience building scalable platforms/workflows that move from "manual ops" to "system capability + automation." Job Information [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108800 - $288000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
