Social Media Specialist (Part-Time)
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and enjoys telling stories through photos, videos, and engaging digital content. What You'll Do Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms Visit our Beer Garden locations to capture photos and videos of guests, food, beverages, live music, events, and team members Develop creative reels, stories, and short-form videos that drive engagement Assist with content planning and maintaining a social media calendar Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness Respond to comments and messages in a professional and engaging manner Support special events, promotions, and community partnerships through social media coverage Track performance metrics and help identify opportunities for growth What We're Looking For Creative, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social media trends Excellent photography, video, and storytelling skills Ability to create engaging content that reflects each Beer Garden's unique personality Self-starter who is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects Adaptable and comfortable working independently Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools preferred Prior social media, marketing, communications, or content creation experience preferred Why You'll Love This Role Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity to showcase your creativity and fresh ideas Work in lively, community-focused Beer Garden environments Attend special events, and seasonal celebrations Collaborate with a fun and passionate team Make a direct impact on growing five unique hospitality brands Compensation $25.00 per hour Approximately 20 hours per week Some evening and weekend availability required
