Social Media & Marketing Intern | Part-Time | In-House | Lone Tree, Colorado Rocky Mountain Surgical Arts is a state-of-the-art surgical and aesthetic practice in Lone Tree, just minutes from Denver. Our unique practice brings together Oral & MaxillofacialSurgery, Facial Cosmetic Surgery and Non-Surgical Aesthetic Treatments in a sophisticated, patient-focused environment. We are looking for a creative, energetic and personable Social Media & Marketing Intern who wants more than a traditional internship. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our growing team while gaining hands-on experience in social media, marketing, patient experience, office outreach and events. The Opportunity This is a dual-role internship. In addition to managing and creating social media and marketing content, you will work alongside our Patient Concierge and Patient Care teams, gaining exposure to the day-to-day experience of a premier surgical and aesthetic practice. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our team, create real-world marketing content, participate in office and community events, support relationships with referring offices and help shape our brand presence both online and in the community. What You'll Do Social Media & Content Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across appropriate platforms. Develop content calendars and assist with social media strategy. Create photography, video, reels, graphics, captions, stories and other digital content. Monitor trends and identify creative opportunities to grow engagement and brand awareness. Respond to social media comments and messages professionally and in alignment with our brand. Maintain a polished, consistent and elevated brand image across digital platforms. Marketing & Community Outreach Assist with brochures, publications, flyers, promotional materials and other marketing projects. Support marketing outreach to referring physician offices, healthcare professionals and community organizations. Help coordinate office visits, community outreach, educational opportunities and events. Assist with office and community events, including preparation, promotion, content creation and follow-up. Research industry and marketing trends and help develop new ideas to increase brand awareness. Track basic social media and marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Patient Concierge & Team Support Work alongside our patient care and concierge teams to help create an exceptional patient experience. Assist with appropriate front-office and patient experience activities as directed. Represent the practice with warmth, professionalism, positivity and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to gather information, photos, event details and content for marketing initiatives. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, positive, creative, organized and confident communicating with others. You should enjoy a fast-paced environment, be comfortable multitasking and have a genuine interest in social media, marketing, aesthetics and creating exceptional patient experiences. We are especially interested in candidates who: Have a strong interest in social media, marketing, content creation, or communications. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have an eye for aesthetics, branding, photography and visual content. Are comfortable with social media platforms and content creation tools. Have basic knowledge of photography and/or video editing. Are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects. Are comfortable interacting with patients, physicians' offices, community partners, and team members. Bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. Please submit your resume, portfolio and/or examples of your social media, photography, video, or creative work. $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
