- June, Hourly, Non-Exempt The Foote School is seeking an energetic and dynamic creator to lead its robust social media strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with Foote's mission, vision, and values Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify our following; incorporate industry best practices Set, monitor, and react to information based on key performance indicators (KPIs) Assist in managing social media advertising budgets Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening, and analytics Other duties include, but are not limited to: Event coverage, including photography, videography, and related editing Collaboration with other school departments: admissions, development, and academics Administrative duties as assignedProfessional Skills and Personal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a closely related field Professional social media experience Demonstrated commitment to professional learning and innovation Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to exercise sound judgment and work effectively with personnel, students, and families Demonstrated ability to be flexible and embrace change in support of the organization's mission and goals Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends Maintain confidentiality of all school information Commitment to best practice as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a part-time, 10-month (September to June), hourly, non-exempt position. Expected 15-20 hours/week with potential to increase based on school needs.Hourly Compensation Range:
