Sundays and Mondays are the primary days, with occasional additional availability as needed About Sunday in CT Sunday in CT is a Connecticut-focused lifestyle and local discovery platform highlighting the people, places, neighborhoods, and experiences that make Connecticut special. The goal is to create engaging, visually-driven content that showcases what to do, where to go, and what is happening throughout Connecticut, with a strong focus on Fairfield County. In addition to Sunday in CT content, this role will support content creation for an established real estate professional and real estate business, creating a mix of real estate, lifestyle, local, and behind-the-scenes content. About the Role We are looking for a creative, social-media-savvy content creator who can help bring ideas to life. This is a hands-on role. The ideal person enjoys being out in the community, filming content, discovering new places, and turning everyday experiences into engaging Instagram and TikTok content. You'll be involved in coming up with ideas and filming to editing and helping execute the final content. What You'll Do Film Reels, TikToks, property tours, lifestyle content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage Attend listings, showings, open houses, closings, events, restaurants, local businesses, and Connecticut destinations Create content for both Sunday in CT and a professional real estate brand Help develop creative concepts, hooks, shot lists, and content ideas Edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok Capture the Connecticut lifestyle, local businesses, neighborhoods, real estate, and events Stay current with social media trends and identify opportunities to create timely content Bring your own ideas and creative perspective to the role Who We're Looking For Comfortable filming people and directing someone on camera Familiar with Instagram Reels and TikTok Comfortable using CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar editing software Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently Local to Stamford/Fairfield County and available for in-person filming Has a strong eye for what makes content visually interesting and engaging Professional experience is a plus, but a strong portfolio and creative eye are most important.
