As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate, sharp, and highly organized Showroom Manager, Design & Social Media Coordinator to partner with our owner and help run the heart of our business. The Role:

We need an Executive Administrator who has their heart in the business, a great eye for design, and the drive to take true ownership of our showroom, daily operations, and digital presence. You will be the bridge between our high-end clientele, the owner, our skilled tradespeople, and our online community. Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Excellence:
Maintain, organize, and curate a welcoming, high-end showroom environment that inspires clients. Client & Trade Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact. You will intake new clients, manage appointments, and seamlessly coordinate communication between the owner and the trades/contractors. Calendar & Administration:
Masterfully manage the company calendar, schedules, and administrative workflows with top-tier efficiency. Design & Client Consultation:
Use your design background to understand client needs, offer beautiful potential material/layout options, and provide excellent customer service. Social Media Management:
Bring your social media savvy to the table! You will help capture and showcase our top-to-bottom transformations, manage our profiles, and engage with our audience to elevate our brand online. What We Are Looking For:
The Right Experience:
A proven track record in showroom management, high-end retail, or design company administration. Industry-Specific Software:
Familiarity with design or project management software common to the trades Design Vision:
You don't just know design; you have a great perspective, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine love for the industry. Social Media Savvy:
Experience managing and growing social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) with a keen eye for aesthetic content creation. Tech-Savvy:
Advanced computer skills are a must. You should easily navigate scheduling software, project management tools, social media apps, and daily office tech. Superb Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are professional, persuasive, and warm. Ownership Mindset:
