Mastery.) is a premier youth basketball development organization dedicated to helping athletes grow on and off the court. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and dependable Social Media Intern who is passionate about sports, storytelling, and creating engaging content. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your portfolio while working inside a fast-growing basketball organization. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photos and videos during practices, games, camps, and events. Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and Stories. Edit short-form videos for social media. Help plan and schedule weekly social media content. Cover live events through stories and behind-the-scenes content. Interview players, coaches, and parents for content. Assist with graphic design for promotions and announcements. Maintain an organized library of photos and videos. Help execute content ideas that grow our online community and showcase The GEM experience. Stay current on social media trends and recommend new ideas. Qualifications Passion for basketball, sports, and social media. Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Comfortable filming with an iPhone or camera. Basic editing experience using CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software. Strong communication skills. Creative, organized, and dependable. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
