Our students learn by doing, building, experimenting, and making decisions, in real contact with entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and other professionals who live the market in practice. About the position We are looking for a Social Media & Content Production Specialist to build Link Miami's presence on social media. This is a hands-on position, with end-to-end involvement: strategy, planning, production, publication, and content analysis. You will be close to the campus, the people, and the events, transforming the Link experience into relevant stories for different audiences. We seek someone who thinks and executes strategically, who can plan content, record, edit, publish, and analyze results with autonomy. What you will do Social Media & Content Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Create and monitor the editorial calendar. Produce copy, Reels, Stories, videos, and other formats. Track trends, formats, and opportunities relevant to the Miami audience. Analyze metrics and use data to improve content and results. Production Plan and execute productions from concept to delivery. Record and edit photos and videos for social media. Operate cameras, smartphones, microphones, and content production equipment. Create concepts, scripts, and production plans when necessary. Campus, Community & Events Record events, projects, talks, activations, and everyday moments. Identify stories and people that can become content. Build relationships with students, professors, executives, entrepreneurs, and partners. Partners & Teams Coordinate photographers, videographers, creators, and local vendors if necessary. Request quotes and follow up on productions and deliveries. Work in partnership with Admissions, Academic, Corporate/Operations, and Leadership on content and communications. What we look for Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Media, Design, or related fields. Work authorization for the United States. Native/Fluent English. Spanish and Portuguese are considered differentials. Professional experience with social media and content production. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Solid experience in video production and editing. Mastery of CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar. Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Good writing and storytelling skills. Experience with editorial calendars and social media metrics. Experience with events, creators, agencies, or vendors will be a differential. Knowledge in paid media, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing will be differentials. Portfolio or examples of previous work are mandatory.
