Duration:

Long Term Contract Part-Time Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist to maintain our digital presence and drive lead engagement (e.g., 5—10 hours/week). This role focuses on executing targeted email marketing campaigns and generating consistent, professional social media content across our established channels using our Zoho software suite.

Primary Responsibilities Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and publish 6 engaging social media posts per month across three established platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedln).

Email Marketing Design:

Design visually appealing, branded email campaigns tailored to specific target audiences.

Database Segmentation:

Utilize existing Zoho CRM contacts and leads, leveraging tags and segments to deploy targeted marketing messages effectively.

Content & Platform Management:

Manage all post scheduling and campaign distribution directly through Zoho One and Zoho CRM.

Campaign Collaboration:

Work closely with the team to develop, maintain, and execute a cohesive marketing calendar.

Qualifications Software Proficiency:

Hands-on experience using Zoho One and Zoho CRM (specifically Zoho Social and Zoho Campaigns/Marketing Automation) is required.

Digital Design Skills:

Proven ability to design professional email templates and eye-catching social media graphics.

Copywriting:

Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, professional marketing copy for safety and industrial supply audiences.

Organization:

Excellent time management skills to consistently meet scheduled campaign deadlines.
