Luogo di lavoro: Catania About the Role We're looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and digital communication to join our Social Media Customer Care team in September & October in Lisbon. You'll be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note:

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory. What You'll Do Respond to customer queries through social media and digital platforms. Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions. Manage complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed. Communicate with empathy while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach. Follow established quality standards and company procedures. Meet individual productivity and performance targets. What You Bring Fluent Italian , both written and spoken. Intermediate English (B1/B2) . Typing speed of 20+ words per minute . Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A genuine customer-focused mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms. Contract & Working Conditions 12-month initial contract , with the possibility of renewal.

Full-time:

40 hours per week . 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule . Flight ticket reimbursement according to company policy. Comprehensive health insurance . Free Portuguese language classes .
