Job Description
Women's Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women's healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond. With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women's Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility. Women's Care is looking for a creative storyteller who knows how to turn everyday moments into content people want to watch, share and engage with. This is a hands-on content creation and community management role for someone who can confidently plan, capture and edit compelling photo and video content while managing Women's Care's social media presence. From provider interviews and patient education to practice culture, events and behind-the-scenes moments, this person will help bring the Women's Care story to life across our enterprise, careers and location-specific channels. The Social Media & Content Specialist will travel to locations throughout Florida, find the stories worth telling and turn them into polished, platform-ready content. They will also manage comments, messages, mentions and community engagement, helping ensure our audiences feel seen, heard and connected to the brand. The ideal candidate is creative, curious and always looking for the next great content opportunity. They are just as comfortable behind the camera as they are writing a caption, engaging with followers or reviewing performance to understand what content is working. Serve as the primary content creator for Women's Care, producing engaging photo and video content for social media, campaigns, recruitment and internal initiatives. Manage all Women's Care social media accounts, including enterprise, careers and location-specific channels. Develop and maintain social media content calendars. Travel to Women's Care locations throughout Florida to capture provider interviews, patient education, practice highlights, team culture, events and community involvement. Plan and execute content shoots, including concepts, scripts, interview questions, shot lists, lighting, audio and on-camera direction. Edit photos and short-form videos into polished, platform-ready content. Write, schedule and publish content tailored to each platform and audience. Monitor and manage all comments, direct messages, mentions, tags and community interactions. Engage with followers in a timely, professional and brand-aligned manner. Respond to routine questions and escalate patient concerns, complaints or sensitive topics according to established guidelines. Proactively identify social trends, community conversations and new content opportunities. Partner with providers, practice leaders and internal teams to coordinate content and shoots. Partner with the Graphic Designer on branded graphics and campaign assets. Manage content reviews, approvals, consent documentation and publishing deadlines. Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, raw footage and published content. Track performance and use insights to improve content, engagement and social media strategy. Follow brand, patient privacy, consent and healthcare communication requirements. Demonstrate and embody the Women's Care mission and core values. Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.
