Job Description
Part-Time Brand Growth and Social Media Coordinator Part-Time Position | $18-$20 per Hour | 12-20 Flexible Hours Weekly around your schedule! We are looking for an outgoing, creative, reliable, and entrepreneurial person to help grow a joyful jewelry and lifestyle brand focused on beauty, confidence, kindness, and inclusion. The Brand Growth Coordinator will work directly with the CEO to develop new opportunities through boutique outreach, local partnerships, collaborations, pop-ups, markets, community connections, and sales support. Social media will be a secondary responsibility used to document and promote these brand-growth activities. This position is ideal for someone interested in entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, retail, fashion, jewelry, public relations, or small-business development. Key Responsibilities Brand Growth and Outreach Research and contact boutiques, gift shops, salons, spas, resort stores, church stores, and other potential retail partners. Attend local boutique visits with the CEO and help introduce the brand and products. Identify opportunities for wholesale placement, pop-ups, trunk shows, collaborations, and community partnerships. Research local creators, influencers, photographers, businesses, churches, nonprofits, and organizations that align with the brand. Draft simple emails, Instagram messages, and follow-up communications. Track contacts, responses, follow-ups, and potential opportunities. Help develop ideas to increase visibility, partnerships, and jewelry sales. Markets and Events Research markets, festivals, conferences, and local events. Help track applications, deadlines, fees, and event details. Assist with event preparation, booth setup, displays, customer engagement, sales, and takedown. Share the brand story with customers and potential partners in a friendly, upbeat way. Supporting Social Media Capture photos and short videos during boutique visits, markets, collaborations, outings, and content days. Help create content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Suggest trends, hooks, captions, music, and simple content ideas. Assist with light editing in Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, or Canva. Organize photos and video clips for future use. Supporting the CEO's Leadership The Brand Growth Coordinator will work directly alongside the company's CEO, who is a self-advocate and entrepreneur with Down syndrome. The coordinator will support her leadership, independence, organization, communication, and follow-through. This may include breaking larger projects into clear steps, helping her prepare for meetings, keeping track of opportunities, and supporting her in carrying out her ideas. Experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities is helpful but not required. Patience, respect, encouragement, and a genuine commitment to inclusion are essential. What We Are Looking For Friendly, dependable, professional, creative, kind, and organized. Comfortable meeting people and visiting local businesses with the CEO. Able to take initiative and follow through on projects. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Interest in entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, retail, fashion, jewelry, or community engagement. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or phone video creation is helpful. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area. Availability for occasional evenings and weekends. Compensation and Schedule $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience 12-20 flexible hours per week Permanent, part-time position Hours generally spread over three to four days Some evening and weekend work for markets, pop-ups, and special events For the right person, there may be opportunities for additional hours, performance-based bonuses or pay increases, and long-term growth with the brand.
