In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for our clients: answering calls, managing daily administrative duties, and providing empathetic, top-tier service. We are looking for a lively, creative individual who can also bring fresh energy to our social media by posting regularly on the firm's accounts. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and communicating with clients regularly Assist with day-to-day administrative office operations and case file management Brainstorm, record, edit, and post engaging content across the firm's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X). Design and distribute compelling weekly email newsletters and assist with broader digital marketing initiatives. Work with the supervising attorneys and office team to make sure each client's needs are met and cases are handled expertly Skills Proven working experience as legal assistant or other administrative/office capacity Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal/professional office Computer and social media literacy Proficiency in English Excellent administrative and organizational skills Excellent phone skills Strong familiarity with current social media trends, basic video editing, and content creation tools, comfortable with posting regularly on Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok Friendly, confident and empathetic demeanor toward clients Ability to work well with team members in a collaborative "best for client" office environment
