Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team at
Hollowed Harvest:
Wicked Labyrinth in Salem, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, with an influencer mindset. This role involves capturing and sharing the magic of the event through social media, engaging with guests, and supporting our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Post daily updates, stories, and engaging content on our event's social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) to capture the excitement and atmosphere of
Hollowed Harvest:
Wicked Labyrinth.
Content Creation:
Shoot videos, conduct interviews with guests, and create compelling content that highlights the unique elements of the event.
Influencer Relations:
Work with influencers who attend the event, assisting them in capturing high-quality photos and videos to share on their platforms.
Kiosk Management:
Visit and maintain information kiosks we have located around Salem, ensuring they are stocked with promotional materials and kept in good condition.
Event Support:
Assist with general event operations when not engaged in social media or tabling tasks, including assisting with event set up/ break down, interacting with guests, and ensuring a smooth event experience in an 'as-needed capacity'.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Proven ability to create engaging and high-quality content in a fast-paced environment. Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to lift 40lbs comfortably, as needed for setup of both the event. Reliable transportation to commute to Salem, MA. Experience with influencer marketing or as an influencer is highly preferred. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively. Additional Requirements:
Must be permitted to work in the United States. Fluent in English is required, fluency in other languages is a plus! Ability to take part in an online e-learning course & subsequent in-person training session to learn and review show policies and best practices. Willingness to undergo a background check.

The ideal candidate is outgoing , proactive , reliable , creative , and passionate about creating memorable experiences for event attendees. They should be able to work independently, maintain a high level of detail, and be comfortable engaging with the public in a sales/promotional capacity.
