This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a beautiful, fast-paced retail environment and is comfortable taking responsibility for the daily organization and presentation of the boutique. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Open and close the boutique Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented store throughout the day Help ensure fitting rooms, sales areas, and displays are always neat and ready for customers Change and style mannequins and window displays on a weekly basis Assist with scheduling and booking customer appointments Maintain and update the boutique's social media accounts Create and post professional social media content Assist another sales associate during scheduled bridal, Mother of the Bride/Groom, eveningwear, and accessory appointments Help prepare fitting rooms and dresses before and during appointments Assist customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner Help keep merchandise organized and properly returned to its designated location Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy appointment days Support the team with additional daily boutique responsibilities as needed Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Speaks and writes English fluently Is legally authorized to work in the United States Is reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and punctual Has a friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Is organized and pays strong attention to detail Is comfortable working independently when needed Works well as part of a team Can remain organized and efficient during busy days with multiple customer appointments Is comfortable using social media and creating professional posts and content Takes pride in keeping a workplace clean, organized, and visually beautiful Has an interest in fashion, bridal, luxury retail, or styling Presents herself professionally and is comfortable dressing in an elegant, classic, and polished manner appropriate for an upscale bridal boutique Previous bridal or luxury retail experience is helpful but not required . We will provide training for the right candidate. Schedule Full-Time Position Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Applicants must be available to work this regular schedule.
