$20 per hour The VICI Co. is looking for a dependable, creative Social Media Filming Assistant to help capture short-form video content for social media, podcasts, interviews, and other marketing projects. This is an in-person, part-time position starting at just a few hours per month, with the opportunity for additional hours as our content production grows. Responsibilities Operate an iPhone 17 Pro to film high-quality social media content Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot wireless microphones and other audio equipment Assist with lighting, framing, camera positioning, and shot composition Capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, talking-head videos, and short-form content Monitor audio and video quality throughout each filming session Help organize equipment before and after shoots Work comfortably with business owners, team members, podcast guests, and on-camera talent Qualifications Previous videography and audio-recording experience is required Experience filming social media creators, influencers, podcasts, interviews, or branded content Strong understanding of lighting, framing, sound, and vertical video Comfortable filming with an iPhone and mobile content-production equipment Reliable, professional, punctual, and able to follow creative direction Must be available in the Grand Rapids area during weekday daytime hours Filming dates will be scheduled with advance notice Schedule and Growth This position will begin with a few hours per month on an as-needed basis. Hours may increase as our social media and content-production needs grow.
