Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time) Do you love creating fun, entertaining videos that people can't stop watching? At tints polish , we're looking for a creative, energetic content creator to help us grow our Instagram presence and introduce more people to our salon. This isn't a typical social media job where you'll spend your days making graphics or scheduling posts. You'll work closely with our team to create entertaining, personality-filled videos that showcase our culture, our people, and the experience of visiting tints polish.

Our goal is simple:

create content people genuinely enjoy watching that inspires them to book an appointment. What You'll Do Create approximately 12 Instagram Reels each month Collaborate with our team to film fun, creative, and engaging content Follow a structured monthly content strategy provided by leadership Stay on top of current Instagram trends and adapt them to fit our brand Occasionally respond to comments and direct messages Track engagement and identify the types of content that perform best What We Offer $175 in complimentary tints polish services each month Flexible schedule (approximately 10 hours per month) Professional development in branding, content creation, and marketing A fun, creative environment where your ideas are encouraged Opportunity to expand the role as our marketing efforts continue to grow We're Looking For Someone Who Loves creating short-form video content Is comfortable filming and directing others on camera Has a great sense of humor and enjoys making entertaining content Is creative, organized, and dependable Understands what performs well on Instagram Can follow creative direction while bringing fresh ideas to the table Loves collaborating with people and making work fun What Success Looks Like Success in this role isn't measured by simply posting content.
