Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Family Chiropractic Care Advocate & Social Media Manager, where your passion for health and wellness meets your expertise in digital marketing. We are a family-focused, neurologically centered chiropractic office dedicated to helping individuals—especially children and families—achieve optimal health and healing. Our mission is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel cared for and empowered on their wellness journey. In this role, you will be a friendly face of our practice, engaging with patients and the community to promote natural, holistic health solutions. Simultaneously, you will craft compelling content and manage our social media presence to elevate brand awareness, foster relationships, and attract new clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to blend healthcare advocacy with innovative digital marketing strategies, making a meaningful impact on lives both online and offline. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for patients and community members, providing information about chiropractic care benefits and fostering positive relationships. Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, You tube, and LinkedIn to increase visibility and patient engagement. Plan, execute, and edit high-quality visual content including graphics, photography, short form and long form videos. Manage social media scheduling and monitoring using tools like Metricool and GoHighLevel to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely responses. Conduct social listening to gauge community sentiment, identify trends, and respond proactively to comments or inquiries. Optimize online content through SEO strategies and keyword research to improve search engine rankings and attract targeted traffic. Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web metrics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, adjust strategies accordingly, and report on key performance indicators. Coordinate public relations efforts by managing media relationships, and enhancing brand reputation through strategic communication. Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific demographics effectively while tracking ROI for continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms with a strong understanding of social media marketing best practices. Demonstrated ability in content creation including graphic design, photography, video editing, and proofreading for accuracy and clarity. Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, web analytics platforms, and social listening tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is required. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including branding, public relations, and Facebook Advertising. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Prior experience in healthcare marketing or community outreach is desirable but not required; enthusiasm for promoting wellness is essential. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
