About Invite Invite is a fast-growing creator economy and technology company helping brands scale through influencer marketing, affiliate programs, TikTok Shop, live selling, content creation, and creator partnerships. We work with brands across beauty, wellness, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, and more. As a startup, every day looks different. You'll gain hands-on experience across operations, creator partnerships, social media, data analysis, client services, and emerging platforms like TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE. This is not a coffee-run internship. You'll work directly with leadership, see how campaigns are built behind the scenes, and gain exposure to the rapidly evolving creator economy. What You'll Do Assist with administrative and operational tasks that keep projects moving Support content planning and social media initiatives What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Interest in social media, influencers, TikTok, Meta and digital marketing Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently Comfortable wearing multiple hats and learning new skills quickly Familiarity with Excel, Canva, Google Sheets, TikTok, Instagram, and social platforms is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to jump into both creative and administrative work You'll Thrive Here If You Love social media and internet culture Want to learn how brands actually grow online Are curious about startups, entrepreneurship, and technology Enjoy both creative projects and analytical work Want exposure to beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer brands Are excited by the idea of helping build something from the ground up What You'll Gain Direct mentorship from startup founders Real-world experience in the creator economy and influencer marketing industry Exposure to TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and social commerce Experience working with recognizable consumer brands A behind-the-scenes look at how a startup grows and scales Opportunity for long-term growth within the company
