The Role:
We're looking for a Social Media & Digital Media Specialist to join our fast-paced team. You'll help us manage and grow our in-house and client-facing social channels, create visually compelling content, and support our design team on a variety of creative projects. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending content creation with strong graphic design skills.
What You'll Do:
Create SEO/Blog content to be published through Webflow Create short-form video content (primarily Reels/TikToks) using Adobe Premiere or CapCut Design eye-catching graphics for social media, campaigns, and client projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or A.I. Help maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Meta Business Manage daily engagement — liking, commenting, replying to DMs Support influencer communications and outreach coordination Handle review management and reputation tracking Organize and maintain digital assets and social files Provide visual input — a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand aesthetics is key Collaborate with the design team on additional creative needs (presentations, ads, packaging, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices Experience editing short-form video content Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) Confident communicator — written and verbal Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
