Horizon Realty Management, a Progressive Property Management Company seeking a full time Floating Leasing Specialist for 2 Downtown Tulsa Communities. One year leasing experience in property management and extensive working knowledge of Social Media platforms is an absolute MUST. Candidates that do not have Property Management experience will not be considered. Duties include but are not limited to greeting prospects, touring property including all amenities and apartment homes, planning and implementing resident functions, outreach marketing, social medial postings and follow up, qualifying potential residents, preparing and executing lease paperwork, and general office duties. Typical work hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m, with Saturdays required. Hourly compensation depends on experience.
