This position supports the Office of Annual Giving by assisting with day-to-day operations, donor stewardship efforts, and video creation projects. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a student interested in philanthropy, communication, and content creation to gain real-world experience while helping IUP recognize and thank our valued supporters. As an Annual Giving Media Creator, you will serve as an ambassador of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, sending video communications via ThankView to alumni, parents, and friends of IUP to thank them for their support and continue building a lasting connection. Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties including: Filing documents and organizing records Answering phone calls and taking messages Running errands on campus as needed Assist with donor stewardship communications by recording personalized videos using our video platform and messaging guidelines Collaborate with Annual Giving staff to support campaigns, events, and student giving efforts as needed. •If selected for an interview, the Annual Giving Coordinator will reach out within 2 weeks of receiving your application to schedule an interview.
