Member Duties :

Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the museum's mission and audiences. Create and organize content calendars and planning systems that support consistent digital engagement. Develop reusable content templates, branding guidelines, and messaging frameworks for staff and future contributors. Support the creation of standard operating procedures for social media management and engagement. Assist in developing analytics tracking systems and reporting tools to evaluate audience growth and engagement. Conduct research on best practices and trends in museum and nonprofit digital engagement. Support accessibility and inclusivity efforts in digital content, including captioning and alt text practices. Assist in building digital partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities with community organizations. Contribute to the development of training materials and guidance that strengthen long-term sustainability of social media efforts.
