Digital Media Specialist
Job Description
Description Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Digital Media Specialist (contract). In this role, you will develop compelling visual and multimedia content that supports brand awareness, business development, employee engagement, and marketing initiatives. This role combines graphic design, photography, videography, social media content creation, and digital storytelling to support a variety of internal and external communications efforts. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and produce graphics, presentations, digital content, and marketing materials for business development, recruiting, corporate communications, and special events.
+ Develop and execute visual content strategies across social media platforms, websites, and digital communication channels.
+ Create, edit, and manage high-quality photography, videography, motion graphics, and multimedia assets that strengthen brand presence and engagement.
+ Support proposal, presentation, and client-facing marketing efforts through creative design and visual storytelling.
+ Collaborate with marketing, business development, operations, and leadership teams to create content aligned with organizational goals and messaging.
+ Manage digital asset libraries, including photography, video, graphics, and brand resources.
+ Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, and creative partners on multimedia projects.
+ Assist with internal and external communications campaigns, including employee engagement, recruiting, thought leadership, and corporate marketing initiatives.
+ Maintain brand consistency across print, digital, video, social media, and presentation materials.
+ Lead the creation of video and visual communications that support strategic business initiatives.
+ Coordinate professional photography sessions, project documentation imagery, and employee headshots.
+ Manage multimedia equipment and ensure proper maintenance, storage, and operation.
+ Travel as needed to company locations, project sites, industry events, and client meetings to capture content and support marketing initiatives.
Requirements Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Photography, Videography, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. + 2+ years of experience in digital media, videography, graphic design, content creation, or a related marketing role.
+ Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related creative tools.
+ Strong experience in photography, videography, video editing, motion graphics, audio production, lighting, and multimedia storytelling.
+ Experience creating content for websites, social media platforms, presentations, proposals, and digital marketing campaigns.
+ Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present creative concepts to leadership teams.
+ Experience supporting business development, marketing, recruiting, employer branding, or corporate communications initiatives is preferred.
+ Experience in professional services, construction, engineering, architecture, manufacturing, or other project-based industries is a plus.
