Job Description

Position Summary The Marketing & Outreach Intern supports the growth and visibility of the private practice by assisting with branding, digital marketing, community outreach, and clinician promotion. The intern helps execute marketing initiatives that increase awareness of services while ensuring all communications align with Life Empowerment Services' mission and trauma-informed values. Brand Awareness & Promotion Create branded marketing materials using Canva and other design tools. Assist with clinician spotlights and promotional campaigns. Maintain clinician bios, headshots, and service information across platforms. Monitor online presence and recommend improvements. Newsletter & Content Marketing Draft and format monthly newsletters. Gather wellness content, agency updates, and clinician features. Assist with email campaigns through GoHighLevel. Track newsletter engagement metrics. Social Media Management Create and schedule social media posts. Maintain a content calendar. Monitor engagement and flag messages requiring follow-up. Assist with short-form video and Reels content. Referral & Community Outreach Prepare referral packets and promotional materials. Research community networking opportunities and events. Maintain referral partner databases. Track outreach activities and follow-up schedules. Website & Digital Marketing Update website content and clinician profiles. Assist with blog posts and SEO improvements. Review website content for consistency and branding. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Psychology, or a related field. Strong writing and communication skills. Experience with Canva and social media platforms preferred. Organized, creative, and detail-oriented. Interest in behavioral health and wellness marketing.
