An Exciting Growth Chapter:
We are currently preparing for a major multi-division corporate restructure starting Fall 2026! As part of this transition, this role will begin as a Part-Time 1099 Independent Contractor position starting in September 2026, with a seamless, planned transition into a Permanent Part-Time W-2 Employee position effective January 2027. We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and tech-savvy Entry-Level Marketing Support Specialist to help drive our brand presence, support client marketing campaigns, and assist with our upcoming Spring 2027 event season launch. Position Overview As our Marketing Support Specialist, you will work closely with our executive leadership and administrative operations team to produce engaging promotional assets, manage social media strategies, gather media content, and execute campaigns across our agency, festival, and new business divisions. This is a hybrid role offering flexible remote work alongside 1-2 days per week in-office as needed for team syncs, content organization, and strategy alignment.
Key Responsibilities Content Design & Asset Creation:
Design promotional graphics, digital flyers, social media assets, and event marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Help build, schedule, and execute social media calendars across multiple brand channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Content Gathering:
Coordinate, organize, and archive photo/video assets, customer testimonials, and event media to build asset libraries for upcoming campaigns.
CRM & Email Marketing Support:
Assist in drafting email newsletters and social media announcements within our marketing platforms (GoHighLevel / CRM).
Cross-Departmental Administrative Support:
Provide occasional administrative and operational help to other team departments during peak event campaign launches and client onboarding cycles.

Qualifications & Skills Experience Level:

Design & Tech Skills:
Proficiency or working knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiar with major social media platforms.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
Organization:
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple small projects and deadlines independently.
Adaptability:
A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to jump in on administrative or operational tasks when the team needs extra hands.
Pay:
From $11.00 per hour
