Job Title:
Social Media & Personal Assistant Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Social Media & Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced entrepreneur/executive. This hybrid role combines social media management, content coordination, lifestyle support, and personal assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. ### Key Responsibilities #### Social Media Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
  • Coordinate content shoots, organize assets, and maintain content calendars
  • Monitor social media engagement, comments, and DMs
  • Research trends, influencers, and viral content opportunities
  • Assist with basic content creation including captions, stories, and short-form video ideas
  • Track analytics and provide performance insights
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms #### Personal Assistant Responsibilities
  • Run personal and business-related errands as needed
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and shopping for household or personal items
  • Assist with organizing closets, rooms, office spaces, and inventory
  • Help maintain household organization and tidiness
  • Manage laundry, dry cleaning drop-offs/pickups, and clothing organization
  • Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and household services
  • Assist with event preparation and miscellaneous day-to-day tasks
  • Provide reliable, proactive support to help streamline daily operations and lifestyle management ### Qualifications
  • Previous experience in social media management, personal assistance, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current social trends
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
  • Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and social scheduling platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation required ### Preferred Qualities
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking
  • Discretion, professionalism, and reliability
  • Interest in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, or entrepreneurship is a plus
  • Flexible schedule and availability when needed
Compensation:
Competitive compensation based on experience.
