Job Description
What we're seeking is an experienced person who can DO in a small team environment. While this person's chief responsibilities will be helping our team manage client accounts, social media campaigns, email campaigns, marketing campaigns and Google Ads projects to grow advertising accounts, the nature of our business requires that the candidate be willing to work in an ever-changing small business environment where he or she will be expected to take on lots of different roles from time to time. Organization is key to this job. We are seeking a highly organized individual. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset as the candidate's efforts will have a direct impact on the success of the company. This also means that the candidate will play an important role in growing the company, and will be a part of the decisions that guide our continued growth. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time
Create, update and manage the agency's project schedule/timeline
Manage and coordinate creative projects through strategy, design, development, and launch
Manage social media calendars, posts, and advertisements
Manage client advertising budgets
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with clients on a daily basis via phone, email, or in person
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns
Create landing pages
Reporting, analyzing data, and generating reports focused on ROI and ROO
Work with the 2A team on developing brand identities and effective communications campaigns
Lead client and team meetings
Manage and update client CMS accounts (mostly WordPress)
Manage budgets for client media campaigns
Create client and brand-related content
Proof completed projects
Create and deliver the scope of work documents for clients
Management of social media accounts
STRATEGY
Lead strategic planning and execution for client deliverables
Conduct research and develop creative briefs
Analyze, adjust and report on campaigns using modern tools
Traditional, social, and digital media strategy development and management
REQUIREMENTS
Creativity is a must
Social media advertising
Client advertising calendar planning and execution
Familiar with Google Ads
Entrepreneurial mindset is a must
Strong communication skills
Strong understanding of analytics, and modern tools
Ability to execute marketing plans
Efficient in word and data processing applications
1 to 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar field
Experience managing and scheduling small teams
Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of WordPress and similar CMS systems
Valid drivers licence and a vehicle
Some weekends
