Position Overview We are seeking a creative, organized, and forward-thinking Social Media & Marketing Intern to support our brand growth. This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, enjoys being around music and youth programs, and is excited about using AI in marketing, content strategy, and business operations . Key Responsibilities Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Capture photo and video content during lessons, events, and performances Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters Help promote classes, showcases, and special events Engage with our online community and respond to messages/comments Research trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table AI-Focused Responsibilities Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to generate captions, content ideas, and marketing copy Assist in building systems for content planning, automation, and scheduling Explore ways AI can improve workflows, customer engagement, and lead generation Support the development of scalable marketing strategies using AI Help integrate AI into Just Rock's day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy Qualifications Interest in marketing, communications, music, or creative arts Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends Basic experience with Canva or similar design tools Strong communication and organizational skills Curiosity and willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools Self-motivated, creative, and dependable What You'll Gain Hands-on experience growing a creative brand Real-world exposure to AI in business and marketing Opportunity to bring your ideas to life and make an impact Mentorship in entrepreneurship, branding, and content strategy Potential for paid opportunities and long-term growth with
