This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on creating consistent, on-brand social media content at the dealership level. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on location, capturing real moments, and following clear direction and brand standards. This is not a remote role, and it is not an influencer or freelance position. Flexible schedule is a must. Duties Create and post content for dealership social media accounts (primarily Facebook and Instagram) Capture photos and short-form videos on-site using a smartphone Write clear, professional, and engaging captions Follow established posting schedules, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing team for approvals and direction Support dealership events, promotions, and community activities through social coverage Maintain consistency and accuracy across all posts This Role Is NOT A remote or work-from-home position A freelance or contract role An influencer or personal brand-building role A graphic design or videography-only position Training & Support On-the-job training provided Clear guidelines, examples, and expectations Ongoing support from the Corporate Marketing team Why Casa Auto Group Casa Auto Group is a people-first organization focused on professionalism, community involvement, and long-term growth.
