Job Description

About the role This person will photograph and film inventory, run Instagram and Facebook, and research each car so the listing, captions, and video are specific to that vehicle. You will also help stage cars for photos and, when needed, help load or unload a car that is arriving or leaving. That support work is occasional. This is not a sales job and not a lot-porter job. What you'll do Photography & Video Photograph and film inventory to a consistent standard for listings, the website, and social media. Stage vehicles for stills and walk-around video. Edit photos and short-form video for posting and listings. Keep a simple content library so current images and clips are easy to find. Social Media Plan, create, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and any other channels we use. Cover individual cars, new arrivals, sold vehicles, shop activity, and the collector-car side of the business. Reply to comments and messages; send serious buyer questions to sales. Watch what performs and adjust format and cadence. Keep the voice professional and informed. Not retail-hard-sell. Occasional Vehicle Support Help stage cars so they are ready for photos or a showing. Help with inbound or outbound vehicles when needed, including load and unload when a transport is on site. Work may be at the dealership, the warehouse, or the ranch in Boerne. May move a car a short distance on site for photos or staging. Follow on-site safety rules when around inventory and transport. Research & Storytelling Research the story behind each car: prior owners, options, build details, service history, and period context. Use titles, build sheets, window stickers, registries, archives, and online sources. Use that research in the shot list, captions, and walk-around video. Keep photos, files, and notes on the correct vehicle. Flag gaps or inconsistencies in documentation for follow-up by management or sales. On the Floor Greet guests and show them the showroom when sales staff are with someone else. Take basic contact notes and hand the guest off to sales. Help keep cars and presentation areas in order during showings and events. When a guest wants to talk about buying, introduce them to sales. What you bring Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record. Comfortable moving a car a short distance on site for photos. Photography portfolio required (vehicles preferred; product or similar work accepted). Working knowledge of Instagram and Facebook. Short-form video is a plus. Basic photo and video editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, or similar). Organized. Photos, files, and notes have to stay with the right car. Able to move between content work and occasional hands-on help without much direction. Clear writing for captions and research notes. Comfortable with guests and vendors. Interest in cars is strongly preferred. Experience looking up history, options, or provenance is a plus. Able to work outdoors in Texas weather and handle occasional staging or load/unload work.
